VUE Readout Systems
The ACU-RITE VUE is an up-to-three-axis device mainly used as position display unit for simple infeed and positioning tasks, such as on grinding machines, drilling and boring machines, press brakes, crosscut saws, for positioning on rotary tables, etc. The clear and unambiguous display of the current position value on the large, clearly structured LCD screen makes working with the VUE easy and reliable.
The position display unit has a robust housing and a membrane keyboard.
200S Readout Systems
The ACU-RITE 200 series with LCD screen technology offers the possibility of running different types of operations with just one readout.
Simply use the software to switch between turning mode or milling and drilling mode.
The context-sensitive graphical user support on the crystal-clear LCD screen makes working with the ACU-RITE 200 series a pleasure.
300S Readout Systems
The 300S is equipped with a 5.7” LCD monitor that replaces the cathode-ray monitor of the VRO300. The “soft keys” are used for diverse functions, mainly for operation and parameterization. The monitor is the same one currently used in the 200S series. In addition, the 300S is capable of all the functions of a programmable counter, such as the creation, editing, storing and running of programs. Numerous programs with differing names can be saved in the program list.

Digital Readouts for Manually Operated Machine Tools
Digital readouts from HEIDENHAIN are used in a wide variety of applications. These include machine tools, infeed axes (e.g. on saws and presses), measuring and inspecting equipment, dividing apparatuses, setting tools, and measuring stations for production control. In order to meet the requirements of these applications, many encoders from HEIDENHAIN can be connected to the digital readouts.
The main application for digital readouts with two or more axes is on manually operated machine tools. The HEIDENHAIN ND 200 series offers digital readouts for one axis. Due to their performance range they are predestined for measuring and inspection stations, but are also intended for simple positioning tasks such as infeed for a circular saw, the stroke of press travel, or the position of an additional rotary table on a machine tool.
ND 287 Color 1 Axes Digital Readout Systems for Metrology and Statistical Functions
The HEIDENHAIN ND 200 series offers digital readouts for one axis. Due to their performance range they are predestined for measuring and inspection stations, but are also intended for simple positioning tasks such as infeed for a circular saw, the stroke of press travel, or the position of an additional rotary table on a machine tool. The switching inputs and outputs of the ND 287 permit operation also in simple automated environments.

The position displays of the HEIDENHAIN ND 500 series are suited for use on manually operated milling, drilling, boring machines and lathes with two or three axes. Due to the TTL encoder input, primarily the LS 328 and LS 628 linear encoders with a measuring step of 5 μm are used.
