CNC Vertical Milling Machines
CLAUSING provides affordable 2-axis and 3-axis CNC Vertical Mills with features found on higher priced machines. CLAUSING CNC vertical milling machines come furnished with the 2-axis or 3-axis CNC controls with spindle speeds from 60 to 4300 RPM. Three models available with table sizes from 9″ x 49″ to 10″ x 54″.
Bed Mills
CLAUSING has affordable, extra heavy-duty, large capacity, durable bed mills and super bed mills with real cutting power. Our bed mills come furnished with 5Hp or 7.5Hp spindles, tables up to 16.75″ x 62″ and table load capacities up to 2000 lbs.
CNC Bed Mills
CLAUSING’s affordable heavy-duty CNC bed mills come complete with features found on higher priced machines. Models available with up to 16.75″ x 62″ table size, and table load capacities up to 2000 lbs.
EVS Mills
CLAUSING’s provides affordable, heavy-duty Electronic Variable Speed (EVS) milling machines. Machines available with 3 or 4 hp spindles, spindle speeds infinitely variable from 50-5000 rpm, table sizes up to 11″ x 58″. Clausing’s line of heavy duty EVS mills are easy to operate, require less maintenance than mechanical variable speed machines and offer features found only on higher priced EVS Mills.

HARRISON SH Range Vertical Machining Centers
The CLAUSING / HARRITSON SH range supplies the higher performance required for all production environments worldwide. The 12,000 rpm spindle coupled with the 1472″ per minute rapid traverse rates dramatically reduces cycle times while maintaining rugged cutting performance. The 24 position Dual arm tool changer and chip removal system completes the standard features of this superb performance package. With travel capacities of 24″ x 18″ x 18.9″ to 55.12″ x 24.8″ x 24.8″.
